I realize that today’s link is the very definition of low-hanging fruit. This list from The New Republic of “terrible” Rick Santorum likely doesn’t enlighten all that much. I imagine that the vast majority of BarkingShaman readers are already not fond of former Sen. Santorum, but I still think it is a useful illustration of the power of the right’s desire for a “true” conservative as well as the bizarre nature of the 2011/2012 GOP primary cycle.

Also, I took 5 stitches in my right index finger yesterday and I’m not feeling super motivated right at this moment.
